Submissions are reviewed by the admin before being published. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the site. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in submissions.

International data transfers: Most of the services above are US-based, meaning your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available — including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for participating companies such as Google/Firebase and Stripe) and Standard Contractual Clauses where the Framework doesn't apply. Returns & Refunds: As all items are print-on-demand and made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days at promptaholics1@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default. Your locally stored preferences (dark mode, saved prompts) remain in your browser until you clear your browser data — we have no access to or control over this data.
For content you submit (see Section 7), we do maintain a database of that submission data — including your prompt or image content, your optional name or handle, and your email address if you signed in via Google to submit. This data is retained as long as your submission remains part of the site, or until you request its removal (see Section 11).
