Promptaholics ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at promptaholics.com (the "Site"). We provide a free, publicly accessible library of AI prompts for tools including ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and others. The site is free and does not require registration or login.

We collect minimal data. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the site. The following data is collected automatically:

5. Google Analytics

Google Analytics on our site is configured with IP anonymization enabled. We do not share Analytics data with third parties.

7. Prompt & Image Submissions

If you submit a prompt through the PA Agent or submission form, or submit an image to the Image Vault, we collect:

• The prompt text, category, tags, and description you provide
• Your optional name or handle if you choose to include it
• Image files uploaded to the Vault (stored via Cloudinary and Firebase)
• Your Google account display name and email if you sign in via Google to submit

Submissions are reviewed by the admin before being published. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the site. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in submissions.

Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default. Your locally stored preferences (dark mode, saved prompts) remain in your browser until you clear your browser data — we have no access to or control over this data. We do not maintain our own database of user information.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you (we hold only anonymized analytics data)
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking (use the opt-out link in Section 4)
• Clear your locally stored favorites and preferences (clear browser data)

11. Children's Privacy

Promptaholics is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us so we can address it promptly.
